And here’s a bonus tip from someone able to peek behind the outdoor retail curtain – shop early this year, the chatter you’re hearing about inventory issues is largely true; stock is pretty damn skinny across the outdoor retail spectrum and the chances of a miraculous recover “for the holiday season” are pretty much nil.
