It’s a damn shame to have ten years of work dismissed via the defendants’ request for summary judgement (here’s the doc).

From the earliest days of these critical arguments in Utah there’s always been discussion of legislative remedies – you’d perhaps assume that’s where things may be headed, updates to follow as available.
