Today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve post this nifty recipe for a twice cooked – initially smoked then quickly grilled – pork belly, inspired by the persistent nagging of a friend who recently enjoyed the dish at Q39 in Kansas City while traveling on business.
This is another one of those stupid simple recipes that’ll make you look like a friggen’ genius at the smoker and grill.
