Today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve posted a damned nifty recipe for a long time family Thanksgiving favorite – a Texas Style Recado Turkey.
For years we always had one of these spicy beauties on the table at the holidays (often along with a more traditional roasted bird as well), then I lost the damn recipe in a move (it was in an edition of the now defunct Chile magazine) and we haven’t been able to reproduce that same flavor until now.
