Today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve posted a nifty recipe for this Grilled Diablo Chicken Margherita, inspired in part by our fly fishing chef compadre Libby in Austin. It’s even better with this House Pesto recipe I posted earlier in the week, though a good store-bought pesto will play here very well.
