The ZOOM meeting held on the 20th by Montana FWP to consider the proposed administrative rules and environmental assessment regarding the recreation management on the Madison River (our post about it here) was recorded and is available for viewing in its entirety (all 2 hours and 37 minutes worth!) here.
The commission is debating the merits of the proposal, and public comment is being accepted through Friday the 30th – comment here; you can peruse all pertinent documents (the current River Rule Proposal MAR 12-531, the related EA, and the two pertinent petitions from FOAM and the George Grant TU) at the link.
