The Utah Stream Access Coalition sent out an interesting update last week covering the latest in their seemingly never-ending battle to overturn Utah’s disastrous change to stream access laws a few years back.

Why? Count me among those who agree that the legal work they’re doing is and will be pivotal in determining case law that will impact stream access laws across the country, and they’re making headway in this uphill battle.
