An interesting post dropped Friday over on the the Wild Steelheaders blog – A Portfolio Approach to Management: The Future of Puget Sound Steelheading – which includes a quick look back at some impressive steelhead history in Washington State, as well as a sobering summary of the current realities out there.
The author goes on to review the recent history of what’s been called the Portfolio Management approach and the organization of the Puget Sound Steelhead Advisory Group, and the eventual development of what’s been tagged the Quicksilver Portfolio (link to the final draft from May 20).
