Today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve posted this nifty recipe for a spicy Gochujang Curry Peanut Sauce (Dip). I’ve shared before how we’re yuuuge fans of peanut sauces and dips, and this is probably one of the best we ever run across – pushed to the top of the list by the inclusion of gochujang, the rich, fragrant, umami-bomb of fermented red chiles.
Perfect for proteins right off the grill (or cold out of the fridge) like the Original Recipe Chicken from last week (below), this one makes a mighty tasty dip for fresh veg too.
