Today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve posted this nifty recipe for a Curried Roasted Sweet Potato and Cauliflower Salad that’ll be a perfect accompaniment for your grilled proteins planned for these first few weeks of summer.
We’ve left the cauliflower raw to preserve it’s crunch and toasted up the sweet potato in a pan for a nice layer of caramelization and flavor; this one comes together really quickly and will be a damned tasty change from the routine.
