Today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve posted this nifty recipe for what we’re calling TAGG (Turmeric Ancho Ginger Garlic) Wings – it’s actually another we’ve pilfered from our buddy Chef Libby in Austin, and she’s hit a homer with this one.
You’ll note in the recipe that we’ve called for a roast in a hot oven for these (easier to control the color and crispiness given the turmeric and ancho powder in the rub), though with a careful grill they’ll of course be delicious. The oven version developed a perfect, crispy crust btw…
