Today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve posted this nifty recipe for what we’ve come to call Hot Damn Gochujang Skirt Steak, a damned easy gochujang marinated skirt, spiced up with a bit more garlic and ginger, that makes for an amazing taco topped with another dollop of gochujang, some pickled onions, a sliver of avocado, and maybe even a cilantro sprig or two.
