Today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve posted this nifty recipe for Seared Mushrooms with Butter, Garlic, and Herbs; we happen to like these with best with fresh thyme and a rosemary sprig in the skillet, but whatever you have on hand works.
A great side to any protein coming in off the grill this weekend, these mushrooms occasionally end up as the main dish for us when there’s a deal on “fancy mushrooms” at our local Central Market. Any mushrooms you can get your hands on work, and this recipe would be heavenly with fresh-picked morels…
