While I have to admit around our camp we’ve never been huge fans of sparkle-flake 24′ bass boats with 800 hp outboards hanging off the stern, chasing bass on the fly can be a hell of a lot of fun. (As is running 90 knots across a glass smooth Southern lake at dawn in one of the monster boats above…).
Kudos to the Pro Bass Tour, who – according this recently posted article on Sports Illustrated – have deemed themselves the last sport standing and are still apparently broadcasting fishing excursions on their tour. For all of our sports-addicted compadres out there stuck in the house due to a long winter and COVID-19, you can always tune in and do some vicarious bass fishing.
