In keeping with our food on Friday’s theme – if you’re buggered in these days, and your favorite eateries are shuttered and empty, it’s time to up the ante on home cooking and one way to do that is to savor the cornucopia of flavors available in today’s hot sauce array.
While timing this hit during the great COVID-19 shut down was serendipitous, Garden and Gun corralled a handful of famous Southern Chefs to talk hot sauce.
