Today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve posted an updated recipe for this nifty Mu Shu Pork Cheat, one that we’ve chatted about here on ChiWulff in years past.
Our pursuit of a tasty and manageable home-based Mu Shu pork spun from our days dining at the now long-gone Lame Duck in Jackson, which used to be down at the very end of what was then East Broadway, past the hospital, tucked in an aging residential area on the right.
The building was razed years ago, replaced by a another sh*tty Jackson condo building, though the memory of great meals there lives on.
