I have always been an absolute sucker for a nifty paper or printed map; we have several national park and wilderness area maps adorning the walls of our home where they’ve hung for years in fact.

Kudos to the innovative cartographers and artists at New World Cartography in South Carolina, who are bringing back the lost art form of cartography in crafting some very unique and beautiful maps. Details at the link above, images above and below from their site.
