Today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve posted what will seem to many of our ChiWulff compadres a pretty damned basic recipe for roasting spaghetti squash, a winter vegetable we’ve come to enjoy more and more often in the winter rotation.
It’s the perfect companion for the Lemon Bomb Piccata Sauce (and parmesan-coated chicken) I posted the other day, and is damned delicious with your favorite meat sauce poured over just like traditional spaghetti.
My lovely wife thinks simply topping with butter, freshly grated parmesan, and sprinkle of parsley is even better.
