Eating the Blues in Chesapeake Bay

Great story on Gastro Obscura recently about how creative restauranteurs and diners are battling the hoards of invasive (introduced in the 1970s) blue catfish in and around Chesapeake Bay. Apparently these bruisers can make for damn fine eating; any of our Chi Wulff compadres from that neighborhood have first hand experience???
