I’d actually planned to talk about the ins and outs of boiling shrimp today, but when Chef Libby asked if I’d seen this article – The Ultimate Guide to Grits from Garden and Gun – I figured it would resonate with at least some of our ChiWulff compadres across the fruited plane today.
