First Look at Spring 2020 Long Range Forecasts

Several months have gone by since we took at peek at the climatology forecasts issued by NOAA/National Weather Service; having followed these forecasts now for something close to a decade here on ChiWulff, it’s actually been damned impressive how accurate they’ve been (certainly out to the 6 month timeframe in particular…).
