Given a bizarrely crazy week around our camp of late, our Friday Feast today offers up a nifty Cheesy Grits Casserole via Garden and Gun to round out your holiday dining next week. We’re going full-on Southern with a bourbon and honey fire-roasted ham with all the fixin’s for Christmas dinner, and I was digging around for an uptown, Southern-inspired cheese grit recipe (aren’t all great cheese grit recipes Southern?) when this one popped in Garden and Gun’s foodie feed a week or so back.
