Today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve posted a nifty Miso Curry Chicken and Snap Pea Stir Fry, a tasty dish that comes together pretty damned quickly and offers a not of bang for the buck in terms of flavor, texture, spice, and stick to your ribs goodness.
Adding a little miso to the dish really kicks up the umami and seems to soften the curry just a bit (no overpowering curry bitterness), and the sugar snap peas (snow peas or trimmed green beans if you prefer) really play well in terms of interest, taste, and texture.
