Friday Feast 15 November: Texican Fusion Skirt Steak Stir Fry

In part inspired by new Texas friend Lucia, who has regaled me with tales of incredibly tasty Korean-TexMex fusion foods from Houston lately, and in part inspired by our admiration for the taste and versatility of skirt steak, today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve posted this recipe for a Texican Fusion Skirt Steak Stir Fry.

It’s quick, pretty damned easy, incredibly tasty and will allow you to sub in a variety of vegetables for taste, color, and crunch (and pending what’s available in your neighborhood) and even play around with the spices a bit.

This dish even earned a rare “wow” from the wife this past week; it’ll be in our late fall / early winter rotation for a while…
