Today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve posted a nifty fall-inspired, Texican-leaning Sweet Potato and Chorizo Hash with a Spicy Aioli.
Making a great skillet hash isn’t in reality all that difficult, I get it.
This one rises to the “hot damn, that’s really good level” given that we’re swapping out the typical hash proteins for chorizo (be choosy, and even better make your own), using damned tasty and more nutritious caramelized sweet potatoes, and given the somewhat unusual twist of using some of the chorizo drippings to make an amazing chorizo aioli. (Just try it, you’ll thank me later.)
