Today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve posted a recipe for this almost shockingly tasty Low and Slow Roasted Gochujang Chicken Thighs and More, the more being roasted cauliflower and sweet potatoes, though you can certainly sub in any roasting-suitable root vegetable that floats your boat.
The low and slow angle of course refers to the genuine by-God barbecue and smoked proteins world, and borrowing their technique of lower heat and extended time slowly renders the schmaltz out of the chicken thighs and makes for the best damn pan-gravy you’ve ever tasted with roasted chicken, ever. Dammit, I mean ever.
By the way, the Garlic Bomb Cauliflower Rice recipe I posted on Monday is killer as well, and is even better with a recipe of standard rice too.
Cheers.
