Today over on the Older Bolder Life I’ve posted this recipe for a 1015 Onion Marinated Skirt Steak; it’s a little different than other skirt or hanger steak (kissing cousin to the venerable skirt steak) recipes we’ve shared in the past.
Long time ChiWulff readers know that we’ve in reality never met a grilled skirt steak recipe that we didn’t like in the years we’ve been sharing recipes, and still enjoy skirt routinely in our fajita / big-assed protein topped salad / taco or tostada rotation.
Use your favorite sweet onion here; we have 1015s at hand, though we’re big fans of Walla Wallas, Mauis, Vidalias, Oso Sweets, Nu-Mex, Carzillas, and even Sweet Imperials from the Left Coast.
