Longtime Chi Wulff readers realize that we like to eat around our camp, and for the most part enjoy spicy, flavorful food. We’ve slung a lot of different grub over the years and clearly have our favorites, but are always on the lookout for new and interesting dishes.
Every now and again we stumble across a recipe that makes me wonder where in the hell has this delicious food been all our lives?
Today’s Sambal Ginger Sriracha Grilled Chicken, posted over on the Older Bolder Life, is one of those recipes. This one is so good, while working through some trials to dial this one in, my lovely wife consistently stole all the leftovers to take to work for lunch (dammit), and she’s been pestering me to drop this one immediately into the weekly rotation.
