Eating Seafood Wisely: Sustainable Wild Stocks (and the Unaddressed Health Impacts)

Nice piece from Pata’s The Cleanest Line on the challenges Seattle’s Steelhead Diner’s team faces in procuring and serving sustainably sourced seafood. What they fail to cover, and granted it wasn’t their focus, is the impressively bad health implications of some farmed seafood. I’ve addressed the issue in part here over on the Older Bolder Life, and am working on a much more detailed look at sustainable (and farmed) seafood, focusing in particular on the health impacts, and will throw a note up there on ChiWulff when it drops…
