We’re always on the hunt for a tasty fresh salsa to serve alongside sizzling proteins hot off the summer grill (or the year-round grill for that matter), one of the latest we’ve enjoyed is this Grilled Jalapeño, Onion, and Pepita Salsa I posted this week over on the Older Bolder Life.
This is another one of those recipes that packs amazing flavors and interesting textures into a quick to prepare dish, and the fresh lime juice adds the perfect amount of acid and citrus to round out the flavors. This one is damned good, and worthy of a special trip for fresh limes and a handful of roasted pepitas.
