For today’s Attaboy, we salute Montana’s John Tester for his re-introduction of the Blackfoot Clearwater Stewardship Act in Congress, specifically now awaiting discussion and action in the Senate’s Energy and Natural Resources Committee. There were some thoughtful words spoken about the project recently at a launch event in Missoula, covered by the Missoulian here (that’s their image above).
