This week’s Friday Feast over on the Older Bolder Life features a Gado Gado Bowl topped with our Spicy Peanut Sauce with a piece of blackened mahi mahi thrown on top. I’ve posted the peanut sauce recipe here on CW before (2012), and the Gado Gado salad has become one of our favorites – this one was just spiralized carrots, zucchini, and daikon radish. It’s quick, easy, and delicious.
We happened to run across some nice mahi this week on sale, but this prep is amazing with grilled chicken or pork as well, or your favorite chicken satay…
