Yellowstone began opening roads a couple of days ago, including one of my favorite drives on the planet – the drive in from West Yellowstone to Madison Junction and on along the Firehole to Old Faithful. This is a great time of year to see all sorts of critters down in the meadows looking for spring’s first growth.
