This weeks Friday Feast over on the Older Bolder Life features these ridiculously easy Thai-Inspired Pork Burgers, packed with flavor from ginger, garlic, green onions or scallions, fish sauce, and red pepper flakes.
We’ve even been cooking these using sous vide (@130-134 for two hours) and a quick cast-iron sear, though they’re equally at home pan-sauteed or cooked over that hardwood fire on the grill.
You’ll want to round up a quick recipe of your favorite dipping sauce to go along with these, but we think they’re better with some avocado oil mayo and sriracha; quick home recipe for home-spun mayo here.
