Another Reason to Get Kids Outside: They Become Happier Adults

Via @TeegStouffer on Twitter, a nice link to the Adventure Journal’s recent article Study: Kids Who Spend Time in Nature Become Happier Adults. It’s based on this research piece reported in PNAS, and I’d surmise that many of you who are parents (or grandparents) won’t be surprised at the findings.

The disconnect many kids have with the natural world around them is stunning these days; make sure kids in your circle of influence get outside, get their hands dirty, and have some fun. Git ‘er done.
