A hearty attaboy is due the good folks at BUFF USA for their Live More Now series, a worthy mantra for the New Year if there ever was one. The vid above is the latest in the series, and there are a couple more coming in the first quarter of 19.
Instead of the often maudlin list of fishy resolutions, we’d challenge everyone reading this post today to take a break from your New Year’s Eve preparations and ponder thoughtfully how you could live more now this next year.
