In last week’s Thirsty Thursday post I mentioned that Chef Libby had shared three tried and true coffee-based cocktails with me; the second we’re sharing is this uber-simple Cold-Brew Negroni.
Libby notes the infused Campari adds a rich, complex flavor, and setting up an infusion is ridiculously simple as detailed below.
Another keeper for you fans of great cold-brew coffee out there…
1 ounce cold-brew coffee infused Campari
1 ounce Gin
1 ounce sweet vermouthGarnish: Orange peel
Combine the three ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir. Strain into an (Old Fashioned) glass over a single large ice cube. Express the orange peel over the glass and garnish.
