Tucked away in this month’s issue of Angling Trade is another piece by attorney Mark Squillace on the stream access tussle heating up in Colorado; you can find it on page 20. Squillace writes well, and details the story once again in a pretty concise package.

In a stupefying bow to political correctness, the AT editors offer a disclaimer at the end of the piece suggesting they’re not advocating for either side; sometimes you just have to man up and back the right thing (rational public access in this case), no matter how unpopular it might make your publication with the politicos in your home state.
