It’s been a crazy week around our camp, precluding in part recipe writing for Chi Wulff, and then this amazing looking Greek Style Founder popped up in Garden and Gun’s feed a few days back (their image above).
Takes me back to the days at my grandparents’ beach camp on the Texas Coast watching Ma-Ma whip up something very similar using fish that were swimming hours before. Unbeatable.
