There’s still time to save your St. Paddy’s day celebration, the eating part of it anyway, though you’ll need to get your briskets soaking today to get this done right. Our favorite prep is probably this one, and as we’ve said many times before, you’ll one or two extra just to make Ed’s favorite corned beef hash.
