The coffee discussion we’ve had of late (for example here and here) led James T. in Sandpoint, ID to email this intriguing Espresso Martini in a couple of weeks ago.
As we clearly love coffee around our camp, I can testify that cold brew coffee concentrate works as a quick and handy sub for the freshly brewed espresso (though the espresso no doubt packs even a bit more coffee kick).

2 ounces Vodka
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce Kahlua
1 ounce fresh brewed espressoGarnish: 3 coffee beans
Combine the first 4 ingredients into an ice-filled shaker and shake, shake, shake.
Strain into a chilled (cocktail) glass, garnish with the coffee beans and go to it.
