As the world didn’t end yesterday as forecast, it’s time for another giveaway to start the week off right.
A little over a month ago I posted this review of the Under Armor Fish Hunter Cargo Short; the shorts we were giving away back then turned out to be one of the most popular give away items we’ve run this year so far.
From that review –
It’s been a kick in the pants this summer to get a bit more involved in hands on reviews and give aways for our friends here on Chi Wulff, though I have to admit I’ve (we’ve) really been looking forward to getting our hands on some of Under Armor’s new Fish Hunter clothing line.
As I noted a couple of weeks back –
You’d have to have been hiding under a mighty big rock for the past decade (give or take a few years) to have missed the explosion of technical clothing that has flooded the marketplace for outdoorsy folk (the lady’s side of the equation has been lagging a bit, but catching up impressively).
When we write about outdoorsy folk here on Chi Wulff, clearly most often we’re talking about the fly fishing world, though most of us chase / hunt various winged and land-dwelling critters, during the fall season in particular, to put sustenance on the table (and in the freezer) and engage more fully with world around us.
The good folks at Under Armor certainly are part of that cadre of companies designing and manufacturing sports-centric clothing featuring some amazing textile technology; we’ve been using some of their gear for layering to beat back Montana’s winter cold for years.
When they moved into the fishing sector with their Fish Hunter line, we took notice and are thrilled to have received several Fish Hunter shorts and shirts for review and give away; we’re talking about the Fish Hunter Cargo Short today.
Thanks to the good folks at Under Armor, we have another pair of those nifty shorts to give away, this pair for the more husky guy out there – the shorts are a 44 waist in their (pictured) Tan Stone color – still sealed up tight in the original packaging.
DRAWING CLOSED – EN ROUTE TO ERIC IN DENVER.
