The first in the Fly South “Fly Bio’ series features New Zealand born Certified Casting Instructor, Gary Rapley. Now calling Melbourne home, I travelled with Gary back to the South Island’s Mackenzie district and explored a little of this stunning region of New Zealand. While staying in his ‘wee batch’ I took some time to find out a little more of his own fly fishing journey.
