The new marketing tease for Blue Sky Boatworks has our attention as we’ve been shopping for a pair of fishing oriented boats to use inshore along the Texas coast and bay system.
You have to like how Jackson Kayaks has gone about developing a new boat design that just might be the one that upends the fishing kayak genre by recruiting Andy Zimmerman and others from Wilderness Systems (at some point or another), multihull savant Jim Brown, and Terry Gilbert who was one of the pioneers in development of the Flex Drive technology.
Looks like it’s debuting this week at OR in SLC; would love to get a look at one of these sooner rather than later…
