A G3 geomagnetic storm hit earth the night of May 27th, 2017. This is a timelapse of around 45 minutes of actual (unedited / unenhanced) aurora as seen across the Vermilion Lakes near Banff, Alberta.
Taken with a Canon 60D either a 15-85 or 10-22 lens.
