The just published Flathead Valley TU newsletter (Winter 2015) has an update on efforts to restore bull trout in the Flathead system.
The news, specifically the declining bull trout redd counts released by MFWP (Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks) recently, ain’t the best, but the battle is far, far from over. For fishers interested in native fish stories, the Flathead system story is a doozy.
