Shane and I hit the East for the first time in what seems like quite a while late last week. Flows have finally dropped down to a fishable level, and we both felt the itch. I got to the water first, and landed 5 smaller fish on dries in quick succession. Once Shane showed up and turned a fish on a streamer, I quickly changed it up.

The rain moved in, and the fishing slowed. Shane had forgotten his rain jacket, and I had things to do at home so the evening met a premature end. On the walk out we were treated to this spectacle:
