Things are heating up down south in Utah; follow the action at the Utah Stream Access Coalition’s site here; their newsletter has been putting out some great info the past few days.
The challenge to the federal public trust doctrine unfolding in Utah right now could eventually lead to changes in access law across the country. The good guys need to win this one.
