Our new friend Jacob Robidiou who blogs over at The Year on the Fly 2009 has a nifty post up about Yankee Jim Canyon on the Yellowstone River downstream a bit from Gardiner – read Redemption Canyon here. That’s his pic of the canyon taken from the less often visited west side.
Jake is the father of Noah who we’ve written about a few times here and in Fish Can’t Read as well.
Jake well describes some of the myth and mystery of Yankee Jim and provides a local’s view of the fly fishing as well.
Great read.
