The kind and generous folks over at Dry Fly Media, which includes most of us here at Chi Wulff, have a really interesting idea with their Rivers in Motion concept. In these videos, the river is the star of the show. There is no blaring rock music, no rampant fish porn, no wacky characters, and no exotic destinations. Unless, of course, you live far enough away as to consider Montana an exotic destination. 
Each Rivers in Motion DVD includes eight to ten shots from famous spots or beautiful vistas on the river. The shots range in length from three to twelve minutes, and include no music, noise or other audio enhancement apart from the sounds of the water.
I dare you to watch five minutes of one of these movies and not be entranced by the water flowing by. I showed one of the videos to a couple buddies of mine, and they sat six inches from the screen through the entire thing, looking for rising trout. Personally, I like to put one on when I am tying flies. The sound is very relaxing, although I do have to look up now and then to see if the hatch has picked up.
The winner of the drawing will have their choice of The Gallatin, The Madison, The Yellowstone, The Missouri, or The Henry’s Fork of the Snake. This is an excellent chance to pick up a great product and get a free newsletter as well!
